General Description

The Neware Coin Cell All-in-One Testing System is a fully integrated battery testing platform designed for high-throughput coin cell evaluation in battery research laboratories and pilot-scale development environments. By combining a temperature-controlled environmental chamber with a high-density battery testing system, the unit provides a compact and efficient solution for simultaneous electrochemical testing under controlled temperature conditions.

The system features a 200 L temperature chamber capable of maintaining stable testing environments between 0 °C and 60 °C, enabling reliable electrochemical performance evaluation across a range of thermal conditions. With up to 160 testing channels, the system allows researchers to perform large-scale parallel testing of coin cells for cycle life studies, material screening, and electrochemical characterisation.

Constructed with a SUS304 stainless steel inner chamber and polyurethane insulation, the system ensures excellent thermal stability and durability. The chamber integrates directly with Neware battery testing systems via RS485 communication, enabling synchronised environmental control and battery testing through dedicated software.

This integrated design significantly improves laboratory efficiency by reducing equipment footprint while providing precise environmental control and high-density battery testing capability.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
