Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that some laboratory instruments and customised items may require additional handling time. Customers will be notified by email if any delay occurs.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

We offer international shipping to most countries worldwide.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs inspection, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

3. Duties, Taxes & Customs

All international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees, which are determined by the destination country’s regulations.
Cell Lab is not responsible for these charges; they are the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details before placing an order.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number and carrier details. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

5. Shipping Issues & Lost Parcels

If your order is delayed or appears lost, please contact sales@celllab.co.uk with your order number.
We will liaise with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.
Cell Lab is not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

6. Damaged Packages

If you receive a damaged parcel, please photograph the packaging and product immediately and contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will assist you in filing a claim or arranging a replacement.

7. Split Shipments

To ensure faster delivery, your order may be shipped in multiple packages from different warehouses. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.


Additional Notes

  • We currently do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • Large laboratory equipment may require freight shipment and additional handling; we will contact you before dispatch for confirmation.

  • For urgent orders, please contact us in advance to confirm lead time and express shipping availability.
