General Description

The Neware CT-8008-5V100A-NFA Battery Tester is a high-current multi-range battery testing system engineered for advanced lithium-ion battery research, supercapacitor evaluation, and high-power electrochemical testing applications. Designed for demanding R&D laboratories and battery manufacturing environments, the system combines rapid dynamic response, high current capability, and precision closed-loop control architecture.

The system features 8 independent testing channels with programmable voltage from 0.025V to 5V and current output up to 100A. Multi-range current architecture enables precise control across low-current and high-current testing conditions, while ±0.05% FS voltage and current accuracy ensure stable and repeatable testing performance.

The CT-8008 platform supports advanced charge-discharge modes including constant current, constant voltage, constant power, pulse testing, simulation testing, and DC internal resistance (DCIR) analysis. With data acquisition frequency up to 100Hz and minimum data recording interval of 10ms, the system is suitable for dynamic battery analysis and high-speed electrochemical testing.

Ethernet-based TCP/IP communication, MySQL database support, Kelvin connection data acquisition, and multi-format data export provide efficient laboratory integration and automated battery testing workflows.
