General Description

The Neware CT-4032-5V40A-NA Battery Tester is a high-current multi-channel battery testing system designed for precision charge and discharge testing of lithium-ion and rechargeable battery cells. With 32 independent channels per unit, the system enables large-scale parallel testing for laboratories, pilot production lines, and battery manufacturing environments.

Each channel supports a voltage range of 0.025V to 5V and current range of 0.2A to 40A, delivering up to 200W output power per channel. The system provides stable and accurate performance with ±0.1% FS voltage and current accuracy, ensuring reliable battery performance analysis and cycle life testing.

The CT-4032-5V40A-NA supports multiple charge and discharge modes including constant current, constant voltage, constant power, and constant resistance. With flexible pulse testing capability, DC internal resistance testing, and nested loop programming, it enables advanced battery characterisation under dynamic operating conditions.

Built with Ethernet communication and MySQL database architecture, the system supports real-time monitoring, automated testing, and efficient data export in text, Excel, PDF, and graphical formats. Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
