General Description

The Neware CT-4008Tn-5V12A Battery Tester is a professional high-power battery testing platform designed for lithium-ion battery evaluation, electrochemical analysis, and advanced charge-discharge testing applications. Engineered for laboratory research, battery development, and industrial testing environments, the system combines high-current capability, multi-range architecture, and precision closed-loop control for demanding battery testing workflows.

The system features 8 independent channels with programmable voltage output from 25mV to 5V and three programmable current ranges from 5mA to 12A. With voltage and current accuracy reaching ±0.05% FS, the CT-4008Tn platform delivers stable and repeatable testing performance for cylindrical cells, pouch cells, coin cells, and battery material research.

Advanced testing functions include constant current, constant voltage, constant power, constant resistance, pulse testing, continuous charge/discharge switching, and DCIR analysis. The platform supports pulse testing with up to 32 programmable pulses, continuous acquisition at 10Hz, and nested cycle programming with up to 3-layer cycle nesting for complex electrochemical testing procedures.

Built on TCP/IP Ethernet communication and MySQL database architecture, the CT-4008Tn-5V12A supports offline operation, power-loss protection, centralised data management, and multi-format export for professional battery research laboratories and industrial battery testing systems.

Returns Policy
