General Description

The Neware CT-4008T-5V50mA-164 Battery Tester is a high-precision ultra-low current battery testing system designed for advanced electrochemical research and precision low-current applications. Featuring 8 independent channels with closed-loop control architecture, the system is ideal for coin cell testing, three-electrode analysis, and highly sensitive battery material evaluation.

The system supports a voltage range from 25mV to 5V and programmable current ranges from 5μA to 50mA across multiple ranges, enabling accurate testing under extremely low current conditions. With ±0.05% FS voltage and current accuracy, 16-bit AD/DA resolution, and Kelvin connection data acquisition, it provides highly stable and repeatable electrochemical measurement performance.

Advanced testing functions include constant current, constant voltage, constant power, pulse testing, and DC internal resistance analysis. Ethernet-based TCP/IP communication, MySQL database architecture, and multi-format data export allow efficient laboratory data management and automated testing workflows.

Its compact 1U rack-mounted structure, low-noise operation, and high-density channel design make the CT-4008T series suitable for modern battery laboratories and precision electrochemical research environments.
