General Description

The Neware CT-4008Q-5V6A-S1 Battery Tester is a high-precision four-range battery testing platform engineered for advanced electrochemical analysis, battery cycling evaluation, and precision charge-discharge testing applications. Designed for laboratory research, battery material development, and industrial battery testing environments, the system combines wide dynamic current control, ultra-stable measurement accuracy, and advanced electrochemical testing functions.

The system features 8 independent testing channels with programmable voltage output from 25mV to 5V and four programmable current ranges from 0.5mA to 6A. With voltage and current accuracy reaching ±0.02% FS, the CT-4008Q platform delivers highly repeatable battery testing data for lithium-ion batteries, pouch cells, cylindrical cells, and electrochemical devices.

Advanced testing capabilities include constant current, constant voltage, constant power, constant resistance, pulse testing, continuous charge/discharge switching, and DCIR analysis. The system supports up to 32 programmable pulses, 10Hz acquisition frequency, and nested cycle programming with up to 3-layer loop nesting for complex battery testing workflows.
