Neware CT-4008Q-5V100mA Battery Tester [8Ch, 5V 100mA]

Ultra-low current four-range battery testing system for precision electrochemical analysis, coin cell research, and micro-current battery evaluation.

General Description

The Neware CT-4008Q-5V100mA Battery Tester is a high-precision ultra-low current battery testing platform developed for advanced electrochemical analysis and micro-current battery research applications. Designed for scientific laboratories, material research institutes, and precision battery development environments, the system combines four-range current architecture, high-resolution measurement, and stable closed-loop control for demanding low-current testing workflows.

The system features 8 independent channels with programmable voltage control from 10mV to 5V and ultra-low current ranges from 0.2μA to 100mA, enabling highly accurate testing across micro-current and low-power battery applications. With ±0.02% FS voltage and current accuracy, 24-bit AD resolution, and four-line Kelvin sampling architecture, the CT-4008Q provides highly stable and repeatable electrochemical measurement performance.

Advanced testing capabilities include constant current, constant voltage, constant power, pulse testing, DCIR analysis, nested cycle programming, and continuous charge/discharge switching. The platform supports up to 10-layer cycle nesting, high-speed response ≤1ms, and continuous acquisition at 10Hz, making it suitable for precision electrochemical experiments and long-term battery cycling analysis.

Built on TCP/IP Ethernet communication and MySQL database architecture, the system supports automated data management, multi-format export, offline testing, and professional laboratory integration.
