General Description

The Neware CT-4008Q-5V100mA-124 Battery Tester is an ultra-high precision four-range battery testing platform designed for advanced electrochemical analysis, ultra-low current battery evaluation, and scientific battery research applications. Engineered for high-sensitivity electrochemical testing workflows, the system delivers exceptional measurement precision, stable closed-loop control, and flexible multi-range current operation.

The system features 8 independent channels with programmable voltage control from 10mV to 5V and ultra-low current ranges from 0.2μA to 100mA. With industry-leading ±0.01% FS voltage and current accuracy, 24-bit AD resolution, and four-line Kelvin sampling architecture, the platform provides highly stable and repeatable battery testing performance for demanding laboratory environments.

Advanced electrochemical functions include constant current, constant voltage, constant power, constant resistance, pulse testing, DCIR analysis, continuous charge/discharge switching, and multi-layer nested cycle programming. With a minimum data recording interval of 100ms, pulse width down to 500ms, and support for up to 10 nested cycle layers, the CT-4008Q platform is suitable for precision electrochemical experiments and long-term battery cycling analysis.

Built on TCP/IP Ethernet communication and MySQL database architecture, the system supports centralised data management, offline testing, safety protection logic, and multi-format export for professional battery research laboratories and industrial testing applications.
