High-power regenerative battery pack testing system for EV batteries, energy storage systems, and industrial high-voltage battery validation.
The Neware CE-7002-300V200A Battery Test System is a high-power IGBT-based regenerative battery testing platform engineered for advanced battery module, battery pack, and energy storage system validation. Designed for EV battery development, industrial battery manufacturing, and large-scale energy storage research, the system delivers high-current capability, rapid dynamic response, and stable high-voltage testing performance.
The system features 2 independent channels with programmable voltage from 30V to 300V and current output from 1A to 200A. Each channel supports up to 60kW output power, delivering a total system output power of 120kW for demanding battery testing applications.
Built on an IGBT regenerative architecture, the CE-7002 system enables discharge energy to be fed back to the power grid, significantly reducing energy consumption and operational costs. Advanced testing capabilities include constant current, constant voltage, constant power, constant resistance, dynamic simulation (SIM), cycle life testing, and programmable pulse operation.
The system also supports CANBus communication, parallel operation, auxiliary voltage and temperature monitoring, and Ethernet-based TCP/IP communication for automated industrial battery testing environments.
