General Description

The Neware CE-6004n-60V300A-H Battery Test System is a high-power regenerative battery testing platform engineered for battery module, battery pack, and large-format energy storage system validation. Built on Neware’s CE-6000 architecture, this system is specifically designed for demanding EV battery development, industrial battery manufacturing, and advanced battery R&D applications requiring ultra-high current precision.

With four independent channels and support for up to four-channel parallel operation, each channel delivers a voltage range of 0–60V (charge) and 3–60V (discharge) with programmable current output from 0.12A to 300A across four independent ranges. Each channel provides 18kW output power, with total system power reaching 72kW, making it suitable for high-capacity battery module and pack testing under real-world operational conditions.

The CE-6004n system features regenerative energy recovery, allowing discharged energy to be internally reused or fed back to the grid for improved energy efficiency and reduced operating costs. Combined with 24-bit voltage and current resolution, ±0.02% FS voltage accuracy, and ±0.05% FS current accuracy, the platform delivers highly stable and repeatable battery performance data for cycle life, pulse, DCIR, and simulation testing.

Returns Policy
