General Description

The Neware CE-6004n-120V100A-H Battery Module Testing System is a high-power battery charge–discharge platform designed for battery module and battery pack testing in advanced energy storage and electric vehicle applications. Built on the CE-6000 high-power architecture, the system provides high dynamic response speed, excellent measurement accuracy, and stable long-term operation for demanding battery testing environments.

The system supports a wide voltage range up to 120V and current up to 100A, delivering up to 12kW output power per channel. With four independent channels and a total system output power of 48kW, it enables efficient testing of high-capacity battery modules and packs for cycle life evaluation, performance validation, and dynamic driving simulation tests.

The CE-6000 series adopts a regenerative power architecture, allowing discharged energy to be reused by other charging channels or fed back to the power grid, significantly improving energy efficiency and reducing operating costs. The system consists of a main testing unit and a communication controller (middle machine), which allows centralised control through computer software and scalable laboratory deployment.

What is a middle machine?
The middle machine acts as the communication interface between the computer and the battery cyclers. At least one middle machine is required to operate the testing system.

How many testing units can one middle machine control?
One middle machine can control up to 10 main testing units.

Is the middle machine the same for all cycler types?
Yes. A single type of middle machine can be used with different cycler models.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
