General Description

The Neware CE-6002n-800V100A-IG Battery Test System is an ultra-high voltage regenerative battery cycler designed for advanced battery pack, EV battery, and large-scale energy storage system testing. Built on Neware’s CE-6000 high-power platform, this system is engineered for demanding high-voltage applications requiring precise control, industrial-grade stability, and dynamic simulation capability.

Featuring 2 independent channels, each channel supports 0–800V charge, 30–800V discharge, and programmable current from 0.5A to 100A, delivering 80kW per channel and 160kW total machine output power. With IGBT-based power control architecture, 24-bit voltage/current resolution, and ±0.02% FS voltage accuracy, the system provides exceptional precision for battery pack cycle life analysis, performance validation, pulse testing, and driving simulation.

The regenerative architecture enables recovered discharge energy to be internally reused or returned to the power grid, significantly improving operational efficiency while reducing energy waste. With support for CAN, RS485, BMS communication, and third-party chamber integration, the CE-6002n-800V100A-IG is built for EV manufacturers, battery developers, and industrial battery validation laboratories.

Returns Policy
