Neware CE-4008Q-5V15A Battery Tester [8Ch, 5V 15A]

High-power four-range battery testing system with DCIR analysis, channel parallel capability, and precision electrochemical testing performance.

General Description

The Neware CE-4008Q-5V15A Battery Tester is a professional high-power electrochemical testing platform designed for lithium-ion battery evaluation, battery material research, and advanced charge-discharge analysis. Engineered for laboratory R&D, pilot production, and industrial battery testing environments, the system combines high-current output capability, four-range precision control, and stable closed-loop architecture for demanding electrochemical applications.

The platform features 8 independent testing channels with programmable voltage control from 25mV to 5V and four programmable current ranges from 5mA to 15A. With voltage and current accuracy reaching ±0.05% FS, the CE-4008Q system delivers highly stable and repeatable battery testing data for cylindrical cells, pouch cells, coin cells, and battery module research.

Advanced testing capabilities include constant current, constant voltage, constant power, constant resistance, DCIR analysis, parallel channel operation, and nested cycle programming. The system supports up to 4 adjacent channels in parallel for higher-current applications, while maintaining high-precision electrochemical measurement performance.

Built with TCP/IP communication, MySQL database architecture, CAN communication support, and four-line Kelvin acquisition technology, the CE-4008Q platform provides professional data management and scalable laboratory integration for modern battery research environments.
