General Description

The Neware CA-4032n-1U-T-TC Auxiliary Temperature Unit is a professional multi-channel temperature acquisition module designed for advanced battery thermal monitoring and safety validation applications. Developed for integration with Neware battery charge-discharge systems, the unit enables synchronised temperature monitoring during electrochemical testing and environmental evaluation workflows.

This configuration supports 32 independent temperature acquisition channels using thermocouple sensors, providing high-density thermal monitoring for battery cells, battery modules, and large-scale battery testing systems. The system supports a wide temperature measurement range from -200°C to 260°C, making it suitable for high-temperature testing, thermal runaway studies, and environmental chamber integration.

With a sampling frequency of 10Hz (100ms) and temperature resolution of 0.1°C, the platform delivers stable real-time thermal acquisition for laboratory and industrial battery testing environments. Auxiliary temperature channels can be flexibly mapped to any primary channel under the same middle machine, enabling scalable battery testing system integration.

Built with RS485 communication architecture and industrial-grade protection design, the CA-4032n-1U-T-TC is suitable for lithium-ion battery R&D, energy storage testing, environmental simulation systems, and industrial battery validation applications.

Returns Policy
