General Description

The Neware CA-4008n-1U-5VT-TC Auxiliary Temperature Unit is a professional auxiliary temperature acquisition module designed for real-time battery temperature monitoring during charge and discharge testing. Built for integration with Neware battery cyclers, the system enables synchronised temperature data acquisition for battery safety analysis, thermal performance validation, and environmental testing applications.

This configuration is equipped with thermistor sensors and supports 8 independent auxiliary channels for precise temperature monitoring across multiple battery cells or modules. The system provides stable temperature acquisition with a measurement range from -30°C to 120°C, temperature resolution of 0.1°C, and sampling frequency up to 10Hz (100ms) for real-time thermal analysis.

The auxiliary channel unit communicates through RS485 protocol and can be flexibly mapped to any main channel under the same middle machine. Integrated protection logic supports temperature limit protection, voltage monitoring, and single-cell voltage difference protection for enhanced battery testing safety.

Designed in a compact 1U rack-mounted structure, the CA-4008n-1U-5VT-TC is suitable for lithium-ion battery laboratories, environmental chamber integration, battery module testing, and industrial battery validation systems.

Returns Policy
