Built for integration with Neware battery cyclers, the system enables synchronised temperature data acquisition for battery safety analysis, thermal performance validation, and environmental testing applications.

This configuration is equipped with thermistor sensors and supports 8 independent auxiliary channels for precise temperature monitoring across multiple battery cells or modules. The system provides stable temperature acquisition with a measurement range from -30°C to 120°C, temperature resolution of 0.1°C, and sampling frequency up to 10Hz (100ms) for real-time thermal analysis.

The auxiliary channel unit communicates through RS485 protocol and can be flexibly mapped to any main channel under the same middle machine.
