General Description

The Neware CA-4008n-1U-5VT-TC Auxiliary Channel Unit is a professional auxiliary acquisition module designed for integrated battery testing systems and advanced electrochemical research applications. Engineered to work alongside Neware battery charge-discharge equipment, the module enables synchronous voltage and temperature monitoring for enhanced battery safety analysis and environmental testing workflows.

The system supports auxiliary acquisition of both voltage and temperature signals, including thermistor and thermocouple measurement modes. With high-precision voltage acquisition from 0V to 5V and temperature measurement ranges from -30°C to 120°C (thermistor) and -200°C to 260°C (thermocouple), the module provides reliable real-time monitoring for battery research and safety validation applications.

Designed with RS485 communication architecture, the auxiliary unit can be mapped to any main testing channel under the same middle machine, allowing flexible integration into multi-channel battery testing systems. The platform supports temperature protection, voltage protection, single-cell voltage difference monitoring, and synchronised data export with main channel test records.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
