General Description

The Neware BVIR Battery Internal Resistance Tester is a compact high-precision instrument designed for rapid measurement of battery internal resistance and open circuit voltage. Widely used in battery research laboratories, battery manufacturing, and quality inspection environments, the BVIR system provides fast and reliable battery condition analysis for various rechargeable battery chemistries.

Using a four-terminal connection measurement method, the tester delivers accurate internal resistance and voltage readings for lithium-ion batteries, lead-acid batteries, nickel-cadmium batteries, and nickel-metal hydride batteries. With automatic resistance range switching between 0–200mΩ and 200–2000mΩ, the system supports efficient battery grading, quality control, and failure analysis workflows.

The BVIR tester features high-speed 1kHz sampling frequency, built-in comparator functions, and onboard storage for up to 10,000 data entries, making it suitable for both laboratory analysis and portable field testing applications.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
