General Description

The Neware BTS4000-10V6A Battery Testing System is a compact and high-precision multi-channel battery cycler designed for lithium-ion cell testing and electrochemical performance evaluation in laboratory environments. With stable measurement accuracy and flexible testing modes, the system is widely used in battery research institutes, universities, and development laboratories.

Each channel supports a voltage range of 0.05–10V and a current range of 0.03–6A, delivering up to 60W output power per channel. The system provides ±0.1% FS accuracy for both voltage and current, ensuring reliable and repeatable testing results for battery cycling, capacity analysis, and performance characterisation.

Equipped with Ethernet communication and MySQL database architecture, the system supports real-time monitoring, automated testing, and efficient data management. Advanced features such as pulse testing, DC internal resistance (DCIR) analysis, and nested loop programming enable comprehensive electrochemical testing under dynamic conditions.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
