General Description

The Cell Lab Vibratory Sample Pulveriser is a high-performance laboratory grinding mill designed for rapid preparation of analytical powder samples. Using high-frequency vibration generated by an eccentric hammer and grinding rings, the system efficiently crushes and grinds materials into fine powder with particle sizes between 80 and 200 mesh (80–200 μm) within 2 to 6 minutes.

The grinding bowl is fully sealed, preventing sample loss and eliminating dust contamination, ensuring safe and environmentally compliant operation. Grinding pots are available in multiple materials including manganese steel (standard), wear-resistant alloy and tungsten carbide, allowing the machine to handle a wide range of material hardness.

This machine is widely used in mining, metallurgy, cement, geology, environmental analysis and laboratory research.

Working Principle

Samples are placed into the grinding bowl containing grinding rings and a breaking hammer. The motor drives an eccentric hammer to rotate at high speed, generating strong vibration, impact and friction. This mechanical action rapidly pulverises the material into fine powder suitable for laboratory analysis.

Returns Policy
