The Cell Lab Ultrasonic Spot Welding Machine is a compact, high-frequency system engineered for precision electrode tab welding in lithium-ion and solid-state battery development. Designed for glovebox integration, it enables reliable ultrasonic welding of copper and aluminium foils with excellent bonding strength and minimal heat-affected zones. Its stable 40 kHz frequency and 800 W output ensure clean, repeatable welds for pouch-cell, prismatic, and cylindrical formats — making it an essential tool for laboratory-scale cell assembly and pilot-line research.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
