Integrated edge trimming, folding and thermal forming in one automated workstation

The Cell Lab™ Three-in-One Battery Edge Trimming, Folding & Heating System provides an all-in-one solution for high-precision processing of polymer lithium pouch cells. Combining cutting, folding and heat-forming in a single automated flow, this unit ensures clean edge finish, consistent folds and uniform thermal sealing.

Batteries are automatically conveyed through three synchronised processing zones—edge trimming, folding & heating, and finished-cell discharge—enabling seamless integration into pilot or small-scale production lines. The robust structure, fine-tuned mechanics and programmable control deliver excellent repeatability, high throughput and contamination-free results for R&D and quality-critical cell manufacturing.

Utilises a high-precision circular blade (HRC ≥ 58°) with cutting accuracy of ±0.10 mm and knife parallelism ≤ 0.05 mm for clean, burr-free edges.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
