Cell Lab Stirring Heating Mantle [Simultaneous Heating & Magnetic Stirring | Up to 450 °C | 50 ml–20 L Capacity]

Simultaneous stirring and heating for precise laboratory reactions

The Cell Lab™ Stirring Heating Mantle integrates powerful surface heating with magnetic stirring in one compact unit — ideal for chemical synthesis, reflux, distillation, extraction, and general laboratory heating tasks. Covering a broad capacity range from 50 ml to 20 L, it combines precise thermal control with uniform agitation for consistent, reproducible reaction results.

Key Features

• Simultaneous Heating and Stirring
Magnetic stirring and heating operate together with stepless speed adjustment (0–1600 rpm), ensuring continuous, uniform mixing during heating — enhancing both reaction kinetics and heat transfer uniformity.

• High-Temperature Nichrome Heating Element
The mantle uses nichrome wire for rapid and even surface conduction, reaching up to 450 °C. The CE-certified aluminium silicate insulation guarantees safe, stable, and efficient heat containment during extended operation.

• Broad Flask Volume Compatibility
Models support 50 ml to 20 000 ml round-bottom flasks. Custom volumes such as 4 L, 6 L, 50 L and 100 L are available on request, providing flexibility for both small-batch and scale-up chemistry workflows.

• Durable Structure & Chemical Resistance
Constructed from cold-rolled steel with anti-corrosion coating and fitted with a PTFE-coated stir bar, this mantle resists chemical wear while maintaining stable mechanical performance.

• Continuous Operation & Global Voltage Support
Designed for continuous working mode, the unit operates on 100–120 V or 200–240 V / 50–60 Hz, ensuring universal compatibility. Its compact form and low noise motor make it ideal for benchtop use.

Specifications:

  • Heating and stirring can be used simultaneously, stepless speed adjustable.
  • We can produce different size heating mantle as customer' s requirement. For example: 4000ml,6000ml,50 liters, 100 liters and etc.
