Q1: What is the difference between 304 and 316 stainless steel jars?
A: 316 grade provides better corrosion resistance, particularly against acids and chlorides, making it ideal for chemical and biomedical research.
Q2: Can these jars be used under full vacuum?
A: Yes. The integrated sealing gasket and clamp system support strong vacuum environments for extended durations.
Q3: What types of media are compatible?
A: Compatible with stainless steel, tungsten carbide, zirconia, and alumina balls, depending on the application.
Q4: Are these jars suitable for both dry and wet milling?
A: Yes. They perform effectively in both dry and slurry-based processes.
Q5: Can I request custom jar sizes or fittings?
A: Absolutely. Custom dimensions, fittings, and alternative stainless steel grades are available on request.
