The Cell Lab stainless steel glove boxes are ideal for advanced R&D and production in:
Battery Materials Research – Lithium-ion, solid-state, and sodium-ion systems.
Semiconductor & OLED Manufacturing – Ultra-low oxygen environment for sensitive substrates.
Fine Chemical & Catalyst Development – Stable inert gas atmosphere for high-purity synthesis.
Nuclear & Special Lighting Research – Safe containment for radioactive or high-reactivity materials.
Advanced Materials Science – Controlled processing for nanomaterials and air-sensitive powders.
Q1: What is the typical O₂ and H₂O level achievable?
A: Both parameters can be maintained below 1 ppm continuously with the integrated purification system.
Q2: How often do the purification columns require regeneration?
A: Regeneration is typically required every 3–6 months, depending on usage and humidity levels.
Q3: Can the glove box run with nitrogen or argon gas?
A: Yes. Both N₂ and Ar are compatible; argon is recommended for ultra-sensitive applications.
Q4: Is the system suitable for battery electrolyte preparation?
A: Yes. Its ultra-low oxygen and moisture levels make it ideal for electrolyte filling and electrode assembly.
Q5: Can additional accessories like a cooling trap or transfer chamber be added?
A: Absolutely. Custom modules including transfer chambers, cooling traps, or vacuum extensions are available upon request.
