Cell Lab Split Type Electric Hydraulic Pellet Press [150T–200T]

High-Capacity Hydraulic Press for Powder Compaction & Advanced Materials Research

The Cell Lab Split Type Electric Hydraulic Pellet Press series is engineered for high-pressure pellet pressing of powders used in FTIR/XRF analysis, battery electrode materials, metallurgy, ceramics, and catalysis applications. With 150-ton and 200-ton models, these presses combine precision, efficiency, and safety in a compact split-type design, offering a larger working space compared to traditional manual presses.

Compared with manual pellet presses, the electric hydraulic system provides fast compression, stable pressure holding (unlimited time), and easy operation. Each model is equipped with a 7" LCD display for intuitive operation and a reinforced steel frame with organic glass safety shield for reliable laboratory protection.

Key Features

  • High pressure capacity – Available in 150T and 200T models to meet diverse laboratory and pilot-scale needs.

  • Electric hydraulic system – Provides rapid compression, precise pressure holding, and easier operation than manual presses.

  • Split-type structure – Increases working space and enhances usability for larger or irregular samples.

  • Safety design – Steel plate frame with organic glass door for operator protection.

  • Versatile applications – Suitable for FTIR/XRF pellet making, battery electrode material pressing, and advanced ceramics research.

FAQ

Q1: What are the main differences between the 150T and 200T models?
A: The 200T press provides a larger piston size, higher maximum pressure (200 tons), and a slightly larger working space compared to the 150T model.

Q2: Can these presses hold pressure continuously?
A: Yes, both models support unlimited pressure holding time.

Q3: What safety features are included?
A: Each press is built with a steel plate frame and organic glass safety door for operator protection.

Q4: Can this press be customised?
A: Yes, customised maximum pressure ranges, chamber sizes, and vessel designs are available upon request.

Q5: Is maintenance complicated?
A: No, the system is designed for easy cleaning and low maintenance. Regular inspection of seals is recommended.
