General Description

Cell Lab Split Type Dry Pellet Pressing Die Sets are designed for producing large cylindrical pellets from a wide variety of powders. Manufactured from 440C stainless steel with indenter hardness RC60–62, these dies deliver precision, durability, and resistance to wear.

The split sleeve design allows for easy demoulding and minimises the risk of pellet cracking, especially for fragile or brittle powders such as ceramics, minerals, and pharmaceutical formulations. With multiple cavity sizes ranging from 50 mm to 100 mm, this series is ideally suited for laboratories and industries requiring large-volume pellet formation for spectroscopy, metallurgy, and analytical testing.

    Returns Policy
