Versatile multi-unit heating with optional magnetic stirring up to 450 °C
The Cell Lab™ Several Rows Magnetic Stirring Heating Mantle Series provides efficient simultaneous heating — and stirring (for B-type models) — of multiple flasks for laboratory synthesis, distillation, and extraction. With electronic temperature regulation, durable nickel–chromium heating elements, and optional stepless stirring control, this series enables high-throughput reactions in chemical and industrial R&D.
• High-Temperature Surface Conduction Heating
Each mantle uses nickel–chromium alloy heating wire for stable conduction up to 450 °C, ensuring uniform flask heating for reproducible results in organic synthesis and solvent evaporation.
• Dual-Function Models (A & B Types)
Model A provides temperature-controlled heating only, while Model B supports simultaneous heating + magnetic stirring with stepless speed adjustment (0 – 1400 rpm) for uniform mixing of liquid samples.
• Modular Multi-Flask Design
Available in 2-, 4-, and 6-flask configurations, each model accommodates 100 ml – 1000 ml round-bottom flasks. Custom multi-row or multi-capacity mantles can be produced to meet user-specific experimental setups.
• Durable Cold-Rolled Steel Housing
The outer shell is made from cold-rolled steel with corrosion-resistant powder coating, combining structural rigidity with an ergonomic laboratory design for long service life.
• Safe Continuous Operation
Incorporates electronic temperature regulation, over-temperature protection, and PTFE-coated stir bars (B-type). The system supports continuous operation under stable and controlled thermal conditions.

Q1: What’s the difference between Model A and Model B?
A1: Model A offers heating only, while Model B adds magnetic stirring (0–1400 rpm) with stepless speed control.
Q2: What is the maximum heating temperature?
A2: All models reach up to 450 °C with uniform surface heating for reliable thermal control.
Q3: Can custom multi-row mantles be made?
A3: Yes — Cell Lab can produce 2–6 row configurations or specific flask capacities upon request.
Q4: What is the recommended flask size range?
A4: Each row accommodates flasks from 100 ml to 1000 ml, depending on model selection.
Q5: Is continuous operation supported?
A5: Yes — each unit is designed for safe, continuous heating and stirring under regulated conditions.
