Custom die sets for precise electrode and separator disc punching

The Cell Lab™ Precision Punch Die Set provides researchers with high-accuracy tooling for cutting uniform circular discs from electrode foils, separators, and current collectors. Designed specifically for use with the Cell Lab Manual Disc Cutter (Model CL0037), each die ensures clean edges, tight dimensional control, and repeatable results.

Available in diameters ranging from 3 mm to 24 mm, these dies cover all standard coin cell sizes, including CR2016, CR2025, CR2032, and CR2450. Each die set is machined from hardened tool steel for long service life and dimensional stability under repeated load.

Separator Disc Guideline:
Always select a separator disc slightly larger than the electrode diameter to prevent internal short circuits during coin-cell assembly and cycling.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
