Q1: What materials are compatible with this forming press?
It is designed for aluminium-laminated pouch films commonly used in lithium-ion and solid-state cells.
Q2: Can the forming depth be adjusted?
Yes. The forming depth (≤6 mm) can be modified by replacing the forming die.
Q3: Is the forming pressure adjustable?
Yes. The system delivers up to 5 T of pressure, controlled pneumatically within 0.5–0.7 MPa.
Q4: Can this machine integrate with other Cell Lab equipment?
Yes. It can be paired with Cell Lab’s cutting, sealing, or vacuum systems for a complete pouch cell production line.
Q5: Is it suitable for glovebox environments?
While not typically placed inside a glovebox, it is compact enough for adjacent installation and integration via transfer systems.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
