The Cell Lab Porous Aluminium Foam is a lightweight, rigid, and high-surface-area metallic material engineered for electrochemical and energy applications. With a porosity range of 68–78% and pore size of approximately 1.6 mm, it offers excellent gas and electrolyte permeability, enabling efficient ion transport and thermal regulation.

Thanks to its low density (0.6–0.85 g/cm³) and strong mechanical stability, this foam serves as a versatile substrate for battery anode research, catalyst support, heat-dissipation layers, and acoustic damping components. It is particularly suited for energy storage, catalysis, and sensor development, where both electrical conductivity and weight reduction are essential.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
