The Cell Lab Polypropylene (PP) Battery Separator Roll is manufactured through a precision dry-stretching process to deliver outstanding mechanical strength, chemical resistance, and controlled thermal shutdown behaviour. Designed for lithium-ion battery systems, it ensures high safety performance and consistent electrochemical stability across a wide range of operating conditions.

This dry-process PP separator combines mechanical robustness with cost efficiency, making it suitable for both R&D and large-scale battery manufacturing. Its recyclable composition supports sustainable production while maintaining excellent pore uniformity and ionic transport.

Returns Policy
