Cell Lab Polyethylene (PE) Battery Separator Roll [Wet Process]

Microporous PE separator film for high-performance lithium-ion batteries

The Cell Lab Polyethylene (PE) Battery Separator Roll is produced via the wet stretching process to achieve superior porosity, mechanical strength and thermal stability. Designed for lithium-ion and next-generation battery applications, it offers excellent electrolyte wettability and uniform microporous structure that enhance ion transport and charge–discharge efficiency.

This separator provides balanced performance between safety, conductivity and cost-effectiveness, making it ideal for both laboratory research and mass production of energy-storage cells. Its low thermal shrinkage and high puncture strength ensure reliability even under stress conditions.

A2: Yes. It is chemically compatible with NCM, NCA, LFP, LMO and graphite anodes.

Q3: Does it support high-voltage electrolytes?
A3: Yes. Its excellent oxidation resistance allows use in cells above 4.3 V.

Q4: Can it be laminated with ceramic coating for extra thermal protection?
A4: Yes, PE base films are suitable for ceramic coating or multi-layer separator composites.

Q5: What storage conditions are recommended?
A5: Store in a dry, clean environment below 40 °C and below 65 % relative humidity to prevent moisture uptake.
