High-performance NMC532 cathode sheets for lithium-ion and EV battery prototyping

The Cell Lab NMC532 Coated Aluminium Foil is a ready-to-use cathode substrate designed for lithium-ion battery and electric vehicle (EV) research. Coated with LiNi₀.₅Mn₀.₃Co₀.₂O₂ (NMC532) on high-purity aluminium foil, it provides excellent electrochemical stability, energy density, and reduced cobalt content compared to conventional LiCoO₂ electrodes.

Each sheet is single-side coated and optimised for consistent performance in coin cell and pouch cell assembly. With a specific capacity of 160 mAh/g, and active material loading of 95.5%, this material delivers strong power retention, long cycle life, and enhanced safety for advanced lithium-ion systems.

Ideal for use in automotive battery R&D, stationary energy storage, and academic research, these pre-coated foils streamline electrode preparation and reduce laboratory workload.
