Cell Lab Nickel Metal Foil Sheet [99.9% Purity, 100 × 1000 × 0.01 mm] – Ultra-Thin High-Conductivity Nickel Substrate for Battery, Catalysis & CVD Applications

High-purity nickel foil for advanced energy materials and graphene research

The Cell Lab Nickel Metal Foil Sheet is a high-purity (≥99.9%) nickel substrate engineered for use in battery, supercapacitor, and CVD graphene fabrication. Its 10 µm ultra-thin profile and excellent electrical and thermal conductivity make it ideal for electrode material growth, catalytic layer deposition, and electrochemical testing.

This foil provides superior corrosion resistance and dimensional stability, ensuring consistent results in sensitive R&D environments. It is also widely used as a current collector, catalyst carrier, and CVD substrate in the production of graphene, fuel cell electrodes, and photoelectrochemical sensors.

FAQ

Q1: What is the main advantage of using 99.9% pure nickel foil?
It minimises contamination and ensures consistent electrical and chemical performance in precision experiments.

Q2: Can this foil be used for CVD graphene growth?
Yes. Its smooth surface and high thermal stability make it ideal for uniform graphene layer synthesis.

Q3: Is the foil flexible enough for curved substrates?
Yes. At 10 µm thickness, it is highly flexible and suitable for curved or layered assemblies.

Q4: Can other thicknesses or lengths be customised?
Yes. Thickness, width, and roll length can be tailored to meet specific research or industrial requirements.

Q5: Does it require surface treatment before deposition?
For best adhesion, mild surface cleaning or pre-annealing is recommended before coating or deposition.
