Cell Lab Nickel Metal Foil [99.9% Purity, 100 × 1000 × 0.05 mm] – High-Conductivity Nickel Foil for Battery, Catalysis & CVD Applications

High-purity nickel foil sheet for advanced energy storage, catalysis, and thin-film deposition research

The Cell Lab Nickel Metal Foil is a 99.9% pure nickel substrate engineered for use in battery, catalysis, and CVD (chemical vapour deposition) applications. With outstanding electrical and thermal conductivity, excellent corrosion resistance, and strong mechanical integrity, it serves as a reliable current collector and functional substrate in lithium-ion batteries, supercapacitors, fuel cells, and catalytic systems.

This research-grade nickel foil also provides superior performance in graphene growth, sensor fabrication, and electrochemical material deposition. The standard format (100 × 1000 mm, 0.05 mm thickness) can be tailored to meet specific R&D or pilot production requirements.

Key Features

High-Purity Nickel (≥99.9%)
Ensures minimal contamination and stable conductivity across electrochemical and high-temperature experiments.

Excellent Electrical and Thermal Conductivity
Delivers efficient current collection and uniform heat distribution in battery and catalytic systems.

Superior Chemical & Thermal Stability

FAQ

Q1: Can this nickel foil be used in lithium-ion batteries?
Yes. It is suitable as an anode current collector or substrate for electrode material growth.

Q2: What is the surface roughness of the foil?
It features a smooth metallic finish ideal for uniform coating or deposition processes.

Q3: Is the foil suitable for CVD graphene growth?
Yes. Its high purity and thermal stability make it excellent for graphene and 2D material synthesis.

Q4: Can custom roll lengths or thicknesses be supplied?
Yes. Custom dimensions and thicknesses are available upon request for R&D or industrial use.

Q5: How should it be stored?
Store in a clean, dry environment away from moisture or strong acids to prevent surface oxidation.
