Cell Lab Natural Convection Horizontal Laboratory Drying Oven, Lab Drying Oven [PID Control | 43–225 L]

Uniform, low-disturbance thermal drying with precision PID control

The Cell Lab™ Natural Convection Horizontal Drying Oven delivers stable and uniform thermal performance through natural air convection, ensuring gentle, low-disturbance heat circulation. Designed for precision laboratory drying, baking, and heat treatment, it combines PID intelligent control, robust stainless-steel construction, and multiple safety protections to guarantee accuracy and long-term reliability.

Key Features

• Natural Convection Airflow
Employs horizontal air movement to achieve stable, noise-free drying — ideal for delicate samples, materials sensitive to forced airflow, or long-duration heating applications.

• Precision PID Temperature Control
Two-section PID intelligent controller ensures accurate thermal regulation from RT + 10 °C to 250 °C, with 0.1 °C resolution and ± 1 °C accuracy, maintaining consistent results across batches.

• Reliable Temperature Uniformity
Provides ± 3.5 % uniformity, ensuring even heat distribution across all chamber levels for reproducible drying and curing.

• Robust, Durable Construction
Built with a mirror-finish stainless-steel inner chamber (B type) or high-strength galvanised steel (A type), combined with cold-rolled electrostatic-coated outer shell and CE-certified rock-wool insulation for superior durability and energy efficiency.

• Intuitive Digital Interface
Features LED touch-button control, sensor deviation correction, overshoot self-tuning, and power-off parameter memory for reliable and user-friendly operation.

• Comprehensive Safety System
Includes sound-light over-temperature alarm and auto shut-off, ensuring operational safety in continuous laboratory environments.

FAQ

Q1: What’s the advantage of natural convection compared to forced-air models?
A1: Natural convection provides quiet, vibration-free drying without disturbing sensitive samples or lightweight materials.

Q2: What temperature range can it reach?
A2: It operates from RT + 10 °C to 250 °C, covering a broad range for general drying and light heat-treatment processes.

Q3: How accurate is the temperature control?
A3: The PID controller ensures 0.1 °C resolution and ± 1 °C accuracy, ideal for reproducible laboratory work.

Q4: What’s the main structural difference between A and B types?
A4: The A type uses galvanised steel for cost efficiency, while the B type uses stainless steel for enhanced corrosion resistance and hygiene.

Q5: Is it suitable for long-term continuous operation?
A5: Yes, it’s designed for continuous use with auto-shutoff, overheat protection, and insulated thermal efficiency.
