Precision Vacuum Hot Press for Battery Materials, Polymers, Ceramics & Advanced Material Research

The Cell Lab Manual Vacuum Heated Lab Press is a high-performance laboratory hot pressing system designed for material compaction, lamination, sintering preparation, and thermal processing under vacuum conditions. Featuring a robust 10-ton manual hydraulic press and dual 200 × 200 mm heated platens, the system is suitable for battery electrode fabrication, polymer film lamination, ceramic composite preparation, and advanced materials research.

The integrated SS304 vacuum chamber provides an ultimate vacuum level of -0.1 MPa, reducing oxidation and contamination during heating and pressing processes. Equipped with a 7-inch touchscreen controller and programmable multi-stage heating and cooling profiles, the system delivers precise temperature management up to 300°C, 500°C or 800°C depending on the selected configuration.

The system provides a maximum pressing force of 10 tons with a pressure accuracy of 0.01 ton.

    Returns Policy

    You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
