Cell Lab Manual Vacuum Heated Press [5 Ton, RT–300°C / 500°C / 800°C, Dual 120 × 120 mm Heating Plates]

Compact Vacuum Hot Press for Battery Research, Polymer Processing and Advanced Materials Development

The Cell Lab Manual Vacuum Heated Lab Press is a compact laboratory hot pressing system designed for material densification, film lamination, powder compaction and thermal processing under vacuum conditions. Combining a 5-ton manual hydraulic press with dual 120 × 120 mm heated platens, this system provides precise temperature and pressure control for research involving battery electrodes, ceramic materials, polymers, composites and functional films.

The integrated SS304 stainless steel vacuum chamber achieves an ultimate vacuum degree of -0.1 MPa, helping to minimise oxidation and contamination during heating and pressing operations. Equipped with a 7-inch touchscreen interface and programmable multi-stage heating and cooling functions, the system is available in 300°C, 500°C and 800°C temperature configurations to accommodate a wide range of laboratory applications.

Key Features

  • 5-Ton Manual Hydraulic Pressing System
Provides accurate pressure control up to 5 tons with a pressure resolution of 0.01 ton, ensuring repeatable and reliable sample preparation.
  • Dual 120 × 120 mm Heated Platens
Compact heated platens deliver uniform thermal distribution for laboratory-scale hot pressing and material consolidation.
  • Vacuum Chamber with -0.1 MPa Capability
SS304 stainless steel vacuum chamber reduces oxidation and moisture contamination during high-temperature processing.
  • Programmable Heating & Cooling Profiles
Supports multi-stage heating and cooling programmes for advanced material development and process optimisation.
  • 7-Inch Touchscreen Controller
User-friendly touchscreen interface enables precise monitoring and adjustment of temperature and process parameters.
