High-Pressure Pellet Press Series for FTIR/XRF, Battery & Materials Research
The Cell Lab Manual Hydraulic Pellet Press with Safety Shield series is designed for laboratory-scale powder compaction and pellet pressing. With stable hydraulic systems, compact footprints, and integrated safety shields, these presses ensure safe and consistent performance. Each model (15T, 24T, 40T, 60T) is available with Regular Pressure Gauge or Digital Pressure Gauge options, giving laboratories flexibility in monitoring precision and usability. These presses are widely used in FTIR/XRF analysis, battery electrode fabrication, ceramics, metallurgy, and catalysis.
Four pressure capacities – Available in 15T, 24T, 40T, and 60T models to match diverse needs.
Gauge options – Choose between Regular Pressure Gauge (cost-effective) or Digital Pressure Gauge (higher precision).
Integrated safety shields – Plexiglass or polycarbonate shields provide protection during operation.
Stable hydraulic performance – Pressure drop ≤1 MPa/10 min for reproducible sample quality.
Versatile applications – Suitable for FTIR/XRF spectroscopy, battery R&D, ceramics, metallurgy, and catalysis.

Q1: What models are available?
A: Four models – 15T, 24T, 40T, and 60T. Each is offered with Regular or Digital Pressure Gauge.
Q2: What is the benefit of a digital gauge?
A: Digital gauges provide higher precision and easier reading compared to regular analogue gauges.
Q3: How stable is the pressure system?
A: All models maintain ≤1 MPa pressure drop per 10 minutes for reliable sample quality.
Q4: Are these presses safe for lab use?
A: Yes. Each press is equipped with plexiglass or polycarbonate safety shields.
Q5: Which model should I choose?
A: 15T–24T models are ideal for compact labs and FTIR/XRF; 40T is suited for mid-to-high capacity use; 60T is recommended for heavy-duty and metallurgical applications.
