High-Pressure Pellet Pressing for Analytical & Material Science Applications
The Cell Lab 30-Ton Manual Hydraulic Pellet Press is engineered for laboratories requiring high-pressure powder pressing with maximum efficiency and reliability. Built with a compact structure and durable design, this press provides stable pellet formation for a wide range of analytical and material science applications. It is widely used for FTIR/XRF sample preparation, battery electrode material processing, ceramic and metallurgical studies, as well as catalysis research. With multiple gauge options and optional safety shield configurations, it offers both flexibility and safety for diverse laboratory environments.
High-pressure performance – Provides up to 30 tons of pressure, ensuring strong and uniform pellet formation.
Versatile design options – Available with regular or digital pressure gauges, with or without safety shields, to meet different laboratory needs.
Durable & compact construction – Four-column steel frame and heavy-duty piston for long-term stability in compact lab settings.
Stable hydraulic system – Ensures pressure stability (≤1 MPa/10 min) for consistent pellet quality.
Glovebox compatible – Can be safely operated inside a glovebox; seal inspection recommended to prevent oil leakage.
