Cell Lab Manual Hydraulic Pellet Press [12-Ton, Lab Scale]

Reliable Mid-Range Pellet Pressing for Laboratory Applications

The Cell Lab 12-Ton Manual Hydraulic Pellet Press is designed for laboratories requiring stable, mid-range pressing force in a compact design. With simple operation, fast compression, and low maintenance, this press is ideal for producing consistent pellets across a wide range of applications. It is widely used in FTIR/XRF analysis, battery electrode research, ceramic and metallurgical sample preparation, as well as catalysis studies. Available with either a regular or digital pressure gauge, it provides flexibility and precision for research workflows.

Key Features

  • Mid-range pressure capacity – Provides up to 12 tons of force for reliable pellet formation.

  • Compact & robust design – Small footprint and heavy-duty piston suitable for most lab environments.

  • Stable hydraulic system – Pressure stability ≤1 MPa/10 min ensures consistent and reproducible pellet quality.

  • Versatile use cases – Compatible with FTIR/XRF spectroscopy, battery research, ceramics, metallurgy, and catalysis.

  • Glovebox compatible – Can be safely used inside a glovebox; O-ring inspection recommended to avoid oil leakage.
