Cell Lab Manual Hydraulic Heated Lab Press [40T, 300*300 mm]

High-Pressure Heated Hydraulic Press for Battery Materials, Composite Lamination, Powder Metallurgy and Advanced Materials Research

The Cell Lab Manual Hydraulic Heated Lab Press is a heavy-duty laboratory hot pressing system designed for high-pressure compression and thermal processing of advanced materials. Equipped with dual 300 × 300 mm heated platens, a 40-ton manual hydraulic pressing system, and an intelligent 7-inch touchscreen temperature controller, the system delivers excellent temperature uniformity and precise pressure control for demanding research and pilot-scale production applications.

Available in 300°C and 500°C heating configurations, the press incorporates a programmable multi-stage heating and cooling system, optional water-cooling functionality, and imported thermal insulation materials to ensure high energy efficiency and stable temperature control during long-duration experiments.

The robust integrated hydraulic design eliminates sealing connections to minimize oil leakage while improving operational reliability and service life.

Key Features

  • 40-Ton Manual Hydraulic Pressing Force: Provides stable and repeatable manual compression from 0–40 tons, suitable for high-density material forming, electrode calendaring and powder compaction.
  • Dual 300 × 300 mm Heated Platens: Large-area dual heated platens provide uniform temperature distribution for large-format samples, laminates and composite materials.
  • Programmable Heating and Cooling Control: Supports multi-stage heating and cooling profiles to improve process repeatability for complex thermal treatments.
  • High Precision Temperature Control: Integrated PID control system provides 0.1°C temperature control accuracy, ensuring highly consistent thermal processing conditions.
  • Integrated Hydraulic Structure: The monoblock hydraulic design eliminates external sealing joints, significantly reducing oil leakage risk and maintenance requirements.
