High-Tonnage Heated Press for Polymers, Ceramics & Battery Films

The Cell Lab 30T–40T Manual Hydraulic Heated Lab Press series is designed for large-area heated pressing of polymers, ceramics, powders, and electrode or membrane films. Equipped with dual precision flat heating plates (300 × 300 mm or 400 × 400 mm), each model features independent digital temperature controllers for stable heating up to 300 °C.

These presses are ideal for laboratories requiring high-pressure compaction over larger sample areas, supporting both powder pressing and polymer film lamination. The robust hydraulic design ensures uniform load distribution and high reproducibility in R&D, pilot-scale production, and advanced materials testing.

Q2: What is the maximum operating temperature?
A: All models heat up to 300 °C, with ±0.1 °C control accuracy.

Q3: Can the press be used as a laminator?
A: Yes. It also serves as a laminator for polymer and membrane films.

Q4: Is cooling included?
A: The “with chiller” versions are equipped with water-cooling jackets for rapid cooling. “Without chiller” versions use natural cooling only.

Q5: What is the warranty policy?
A: One-year limited warranty; consumables and damage from misuse are excluded.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
