Cell Lab Manual Hydraulic Heated Lab Press [24–60 Ton, up to 300–500 °C]

High-Pressure Heated Press Series for Polymers, Ceramics & Battery Films

The Cell Lab Manual Hydraulic Heated Lab Press series offers a versatile range of benchtop systems (24-ton and 60-ton models) designed for heated pressing of polymers, ceramics, electrode sheets, and membranes. Depending on laboratory needs, the 24-ton model is available with heating up to 300 °C or 500 °C, while the 60-ton model provides larger plate size and ultra-high pressure for demanding applications. Each model features dual flat heating plates with independent digital temperature controllers, ensuring precise thermal regulation and reproducible sample preparation. In addition to powder pressing, all models can also serve as compact laminators for polymer films.

Key Features

  • Multiple models – Available in 24-ton (300 °C or 500 °C) and 60-ton (300 °C) variants.

  • Dual heated plates – Flat heating plates (100 × 100 mm for 24T, 180 × 180 mm for 60T) with independent temperature control.

  • Precision control – ±0.1 °C thermal accuracy across both plates ensures uniform heating.

  • High-pressure performance – Stable hydraulic system with pressing capacity up to 60 tons.

  • Versatile use – Supports powder compaction, heated pressing, and film lamination in battery R&D, ceramics, polymers, and materials science.

FAQ

Q1: What models are available in this series?
A: The series includes 24-ton (available in 300 °C and 500 °C versions) and 60-ton (300 °C) models.

Q2: What are the heating plate sizes?
A: The 24T models feature dual 100 × 100 mm plates; the 60T model uses dual 180 × 180 mm plates.

Q3: How precise is the temperature control?
A: Each heating plate is regulated independently with ±0.1 °C accuracy.

Q4: Which model should I choose?
A: The 24T (300 °C) is suitable for most polymer and battery R&D; the 24T (500 °C) is recommended for applications requiring higher thermal processing; the 60T is ideal for high-capacity, large-sample, or heavy-duty compaction.

Q5: Can these presses be used as laminators?
A: Yes. All models also serve as compact laminators for polymer films.
