General Description

The Cell Lab Manual Hot Press is a compact, laboratory-scale manual hydraulic hot press designed for powder compaction, material forming, lamination and thermal pressing applications. The pressing force is applied via manual hydraulic operation, while temperature, holding time and process steps are digitally programmable, offering an optimal balance between operator control and process precision.

With a maximum pressing force of 15 tons, dual-plate heating up to 500 °C, and up to 18 programmable control segments, it ensures stable and repeatable hot pressing performance. A 7-inch touch screen provides intuitive control of temperature, dwell time and cooling stages, while optional water-cooled rapid cooling improves process efficiency.

This manual hot press is ideal for battery materials, ceramics, polymers, composites and powder metallurgy research where fine process control and compact footprint are required.

Returns Policy
