Cell Lab Magnetic Stirrers [PID Digital Control | Uniform Heating | 50 ml–20 L Capacity]

Precise and uniform heating up to 450 °C with digital PID control

The Cell Lab™ Magnetic Stirrer Series combines powerful magnetic stirring with precise digital temperature regulation for laboratory heating, mixing, and reaction control. Engineered for consistent performance and durability, it supports a wide range of chemical, biological, and analytical applications, including distillation, extraction, and material synthesis.

Key Features

• Advanced PID Temperature Control
Integrated PID digital controller ensures high-precision thermal management between RT + 20 °C – 450 °C, maintaining stable temperature uniformity and rapid heating response for reproducible experimental results.

• Uniform and Robust Heating Performance
Constructed with nichrome alloy heating wire and aluminium-silicate insulation, the unit offers even surface heat conduction with minimal loss. The system is CE-certified for safety and continuous high-temperature operation.

• Dual Magnetic Stirring Options
Models equipped with stirring motors deliver adjustable speeds from 100 – 2000 rpm, supporting continuous operation with stable torque for liquids of varying viscosity.

• Flexible Flask Compatibility
Accommodates round-bottom flasks from 50 ml to 20 L, covering both micro-scale and large-volume heating needs. Custom manufacturing available for 4 L, 6 L, 50 L, and 100 L versions upon request.

• Digital Display with PT100 Sensor
External PT100 sensor and digital LED display provide real-time temperature readouts. Stainless-steel support rods and adjustable sensor rack ensure accurate positioning and measurement consistency.

• Durable and Global-Voltage Design
Made from cast aluminium with corrosion-resistant surface coating. Compatible with AC 220 V / 50 – 60 Hz or universal 100 – 240 V, suitable for laboratories worldwide.

FAQ

Q1: What’s the difference between models with and without stirring?
A1: Models MS011, MS013, and MS015 include magnetic stirring (100–2000 rpm); others provide heating only.

Q2: Can it operate continuously at 450 °C?
A2: Yes — the nichrome heating system and CE-certified insulation ensure stable, safe long-term heating.

Q3: Is the temperature sensor included?
A3: Yes, a PT100 sensor with adjustable stainless-steel stand is included for accurate monitoring.

Q4: What flask sizes are supported?
A4: Standard range covers 50 ml – 20 L, with custom volumes available upon request.

Q5: Can it be used for distillation?
A5: Yes — the PID control and stable uniform heating make it ideal for distillation, reflux, and extraction setups.
