Precision airflow control in a clean, sterile workspace

The Cell Lab™ Laminar Flow Cabinet (Vertical Type) is designed to provide ISO Class 100 particle-free air across a SUS304 stainless-steel workspace. Featuring vertical airflow, HEPA filtration, and intelligent wind speed control, this cabinet ensures clean, sterile conditions for microbiological research, sample preparation, and sensitive assembly processes — protecting both the operator and the experiment.


Key Features

• Vertical Airflow Purification System
A uniform vertical laminar airflow design combined with a semi-sealed SUS304 stainless-steel table prevents cross-contamination and minimises external air intrusion into the sterile workspace.

• Adjustable Multi-Stage Airflow Control
A high-efficiency centrifugal fan offers five-stage speed adjustment (0.2–0.6 m/s), easily controlled via the intuitive LCD panel. The airflow system gradually transitions from 0.6 m/s to 0.2 m/s, meeting variable application requirements while maintaining ISO Class 100 cleanliness.

• Advanced HEPA Filtration System
Equipped with separator-free HEPA filters (≥99.995% efficiency for 0.3 μm particles), ensuring continuous, ultra-clean airflow with consistent performance and low resistance. The washable pre-filter extends the service life of the HEPA element.

• Intelligent LCD Control Interface
The colour LCD screen allows full control over sterilisation timing, power sockets, lighting, and UV operation. Models LF-xxxxL include integrated wind speed sensors, UV safety interlocks, and remote control capability for advanced user management.

• Safety-Oriented Structure
The tempered glass front door automatically disables the UV lamp when opened. Built-in power sockets, LED/UV one-key control, HEPA replacement prompts, and foot-level adjusters provide comprehensive operator safety and convenience.

A1: LF-L models include wind speed sensors, UV safety interlocks, and remote control, offering enhanced functionality and real-time monitoring.

Q2: Does the cabinet protect both user and sample?
A2: The vertical laminar design primarily protects the sample and workspace, not the operator. For hazardous material handling, a biosafety cabinet is recommended.

Q3: What is the cleanliness class of the airflow?
A3: It provides ISO Class 100 (US FED 209E Class 5) clean air with ≥99.995% HEPA filtration efficiency.

Q4: Can airflow speed be adjusted?

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
