FAQ

Q1: What coating materials can this system handle?
It supports cathode, anode, and separator coatings using slurries with viscosities between 2000 – 12000 mPa·s.

Q2: Can the machine operate in intermittent mode?
Yes. Users can switch between continuous and intermittent coating to suit specific R&D requirements.

Q3: How is coating uniformity maintained?
Dual-zone oven control ensures stable drying, while precision rollers and servo adjustment maintain consistent coating thickness.

Q4: Is the system suitable for flexible films?
Absolutely. It accommodates both copper and aluminium foils, as well as flexible polymer substrates for thin-film research.

Q5: What’s the recommended use case for this model?
It is ideal for laboratory-scale process optimisation before scaling to industrial roll-to-roll coating lines.
