Cell Lab Laboratory Precision Hot Plate Series [320–400°C | Aluminium & Graphite Heating Plates]

High-uniformity laboratory hot plates with analogue or digital temperature control for chemical heating, sample drying, materials research and laboratory thermal processing.

General Description

The Cell Lab Laboratory Hot Plate Series is designed for precise and stable heating applications in chemical laboratories, research institutes, materials science, electronics and industrial testing environments. Available with either aluminium alloy heating plates or high-temperature graphite plates, the series provides rapid thermal response, excellent surface temperature uniformity and reliable continuous heating performance.

The product line includes both analogue control models and digital display models, supporting maximum operating temperatures from 320°C to 400°C. Digital variants provide clearer temperature monitoring and improved heating precision, while graphite heating plate versions deliver superior high-temperature resistance for demanding laboratory applications.

With multiple plate sizes available, the series is suitable for sample evaporation, solution heating, material drying, wafer processing, battery research and general laboratory thermal treatment.

Key Features

• Fast and uniform heating performance — Optimised heating structure ensures rapid thermal transfer and stable plate temperature distribution.

• Aluminium or graphite plate options — Select aluminium alloy plates for general laboratory heating or graphite plates for higher temperature applications.

• Digital display temperature monitoring — Digital models provide clear real-time temperature visibility and improved operational precision.

• Multiple plate sizes available — Supports laboratory workflows ranging from small benchtop testing to larger batch heating processes.

• Durable industrial-grade construction — Iron plate welded housing with corrosion-resistant sprayed exterior for long-term laboratory use.
